Shipping Policy

Free shipping is offered on select orders. If you would like to expedite your delivery that is an option available to you. We are currently limited to shipping within the US and US Territories. Our fulfillment team will work to get your order packages out within 24 hours depending on the shipping service selected. Transit speeds will also depend on the carrier selected at checkout. All services offer an expected delivery estimate before committing, so you can make the best decision for what you're needing.

 

You'll receive two emails from us, one as your order is confirmed and one as your order ships. Once it's with the carrier, you can track it through the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strongly believe in our products and want every customer to return again and again, so if something’s not exactly right for you, we've got you covered. Applicable items purchased on Soarsolutionslimited.com can be returned within 30-days of the initial purchase date. Please contact customer service prior to sending any product back for a return, replacement, or exchange:

Reach out before you ship anything back, and with your request, please include some additional feedback regarding the item so we fully understand why it wasn’t a fit for you. Please be BOLD; your experience and privacy are important to us! Please include a note with your order ID and contact info in the package so we know it’s yours.

  • Place the products inside a shipping container and mail it the address listed below. Note: Return shipping will not be refunded.

  • Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. Returns that do not have a RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender (at sender’s expense).

  • Purchases that meet the above return policy guidelines will be refunded back to the original method of payment. 

  • Purchases received outside of the Return Policy Guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.

  • Not all returns will need to be shipped back, please ensure that you contact us before returning an item.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
